1. Senior Property Accountant
   Acclaim Condominium Managers is currently looking for the right candidate to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Property Accountant, you would report to the Accounting Department Head and would be responsible for coordinating financial services for a portfolio of property accounts. The Senior Property Accountant would also be responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, monthly bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
   
   The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5-8 years of industry experience and would have an innate attention to detail and have the ability to problem solve on the fly. Knowledge of internet banking and audit preparation is also essential. We offer competitive compensation and a benefits package.
